The Teen Fashion + Beauty internship program offers an 8-month paid work experience for teens, ages 16-18, with a desire to step into a leadership role within the fashion and/or beauty industries. You will develop marketable industry skills preparing you for a leadership position.
Our earn-while-you-learn model assure you get paid while you are preparing to enter the workforce. You will receive a $1,500 stipend with monthly payments.
The Teen Fashion + Beauty Internship Program offers an 8-month paid internship program for teens, ages 16-18, interested in careers in fashion and beauty, from design to product development, creative direction and more. Student interns gain hands-on experience and personalized mentorship from experienced industry professionals committed to helping you navigate and prepare for a creative, purpose-driven career.
Throughout the program, you’ll explore the latest industry trends, build essential professional skills, connect with peers and mentors, and gain the confidence to promote yourself as a future leader in fashion and beauty.

As someone who is seeking to have my own lash tech and hair styling business, through the teen Fashion + Beauty Institute, I learned the value of teamwork to achieve business growth and leadership.
My experience in the Teen Fashion + Beauty Institute was invaluable. It helped shape my aspirations to pursue a career in fashion design. Through hands-on learning and mentorship from coco, I have honed my event planning skills and improved my ability to communicate effectively with others. These skills will serve me well as I work towards working in such a competitive, creative industry.

The internship Institute also works to dismantle barriers that often restrict access to leadership roles in the fashion and beauty industries—especially for women and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)—by providing aspiring teen creatives with the knowledge, mentorship, and networks they need to turn their passion into purpose and create a lasting impact in their communities.
