Coach Carmen is a social entrepreneur and the Chief Coach and Founder of Mission Accomplished Transition Services (Mission Accomplished). Growing up in the Capital Region, Coach Carmen faced homelessness, violence, and a strong desire not to be just another statistic. As a young woman, she worked to overcome these challenges with support from family, friends, coaches, and mentors who believed in her vision. Her life experiences motivated her to “pay it forward” by creating a career and business education organization that offers coaches and mentors who see the potential in all rising young professionals and entrepreneurs, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
She has happily served as the Chief Coach and Founder of the organization since its inception!
Maile Barcelon is the CEO and Founder of MB Media Agency, a social media and digital marketing boutique with more than 19 years of experience in digital media management, marketing, print advertising, and design. Her professional background spans business management, sales training, and customer service, including leading management training for seven corporate stores under Pacific Sunwear Corp.
In addition to her marketing expertise, Maile has extensive experience in the fashion and beauty industries, where she has managed retail operations, driven sales growth, and built strong client relationships. She also worked with Hearst Media, gaining valuable insight into media publishing, advertising strategies, and brand partnerships that continue to inform her approach today.
Driven by a passion for helping clients grow their brands, Maile specializes in creating strategies that strengthen audience connections, enhance visibility, and generate revenue. Known for her ability to “think big” and transform visionary ideas into measurable results, she is committed to guiding businesses toward sustainable success.
Kierra Jones is a dynamic Sales Messaging & Positioning Strategist, Visibility Mindset Coach, Speaker, and Amazon Best-Selling Author.
As the owner of Kierra Jones International, she is passionate about helping women experts, entrepreneurs, and educators package, position, and pitch what they know and do well more powerfully and profitably! Her coaching programs, consulting services, and trainings are designed for impact-driven experts who want to better leverage their most authentic voice to accelerate their missions and movements while also monetizing their gifts and genius.

Outside of business, you’ll find Kierra indulging in some type of self-care, chillaxing with her honey Mike in Upstate NY, or cuddling with her fur babies Junior and Jax.
Rachel Rankin brings a high level of enthusiasm and drive to the Own Your Career Department as the Teen Institute Producer. Her experience spans a wide range of aspects in event planning, especially within the Arts industry, where her passion for creating a platform for underrepresented members of the art community truly shines.
Her skills in leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and effective communication have led to significant progress in breaking down barriers of prejudice within academic and artistic spaces, specifically regarding the allocation of funds within the SUNY system.
Additionally, in her previous role as the Student Activities Director at Purchase College at SUNY, she brought together University Police, the Counseling & Health Center, and Administration to make crucial revisions to the Code of Conduct, which discouraged victims of assault from feeling uncomfortable about reporting their experiences, especially within the BIPOC community. Rachel understands that creating an accessible, inclusive, and safe environment for people to express their creativity and personal identity is essential for fostering productive learning experiences.
Rachel is excited to serve as the Program + Events Specialist, where she can learn from her fellow Mission Accomplished Team Members and the students she works with every day.
Jaylissah Brown is a Communications + Impact Intern at Mission Accomplished Transition Services. She supports the team by creating digital content, managing social media projects, and helping share stories that highlight youth leadership and community impact. Passionate about creativity and storytelling, Jaylissah enjoys turning ideas into visuals that inspire and connect with others.
Jayson S. Andrews is the Program Operation Specialist for our Teen Institutes. In this role, he manages all behind the scene logistics to ensure the day-to-day operations of the program are seamless, making sure that team members and student interns feel supported.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz in Performing Arts with a concentration in performance and Black Studies. He is a Fall 2022 initiate of the Kappa Mu Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and founder of EKLEKTIC Studios LLC as of June 2025.
Jayson is not only a powerhouse, but a strategist providing an unorthodox approach to leadership with a decade-long track record of growth and opportunity. Creative marketing and sales, program and event coordination, writing, performance and grassroots leadership lies at the core of his role in the world as a creative. He is proud and inspired to serve with Mission Accomplished Transition Services.
The Board of Directors consists of dedicated volunteers. This passionate, energetic team oversees the organization’s governance while serving as knowledgeable ambassadors and committed investors in Mission Accomplished Transition Services.
